The museum's small conference or meeting room is available any time, any day of the week. It has capacity for up to 20 delegates, theatre style, or up to 12 delegates, boardroom style. Without tables, up to 14 seats can be arranged in a circle, or there can be two round tables for a total of 14 people.
The room has natural daylight. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The layout is flexible and will be prepared for you in advance. There is an anti-room where self-service tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided as standard and included in the room hire charges. Everything you need is supplied, so you can make your own refreshments as and when you like during the meeting.
Our prices are very reasonable for a meeting facility in central London. prices start at £95 plus VAT for a meeting between the hours of 1000 and 1630. There are additional charges for earlier start times, later finish times, and evening meetings.
On Saturdays and Sundays, bookings are not accepted earlier than six weeks in advance. On Mondays to Fridays you can book a year in advance if you wish. We offer various audio-visual equipment at additional charges. The most common things are a data projector (£45 plus VAT) and a flip-chart (£5 plus VAT including paper and pens). A screen is built in. Clients may bring their own equipment if they prefer to do so.
Lunches may be ordered from any caterer to be delivered to the museum. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants within a very short walking distance of the museum.
